FAA Part 135 & EASA Compliant Charter Terms
1. Air Carrier Status
LuxeWay acts as an authorized air charter broker and concierge agent on behalf of our clients. All flights listed on LuxeWay are operated by licensed, certified direct air carriers holding FAA Part 135 certificates or international civil aviation equivalents.
2. Cancellation & Empty Leg Terms
Standard private jet charters allow 100% full refund up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. Empty Leg repositioning flights operate under fixed schedule windows and are non-refundable within 48 hours of flight departure unless weather forces cancellation.
3. Luggage & Catering Protocol
Luggage allowance depends on aircraft category (Light, Midsize, Heavy). Complimentary champagne, caviar, and bespoke dietary requests are coordinated by your dedicated VIP Air Manager.
